The Trouble with Staff ... !

Staff are the cornerstone of your business. They hold the keys to success or failure. A great team of staff are a core asset.

But...

They are difficult to find and recruit, they are difficult to keep, and difficult to replace.

Even if you have successfully managed to create a wonderful team of staff, it can so easily all go wrong!

... through matters at work or at home, staff get sad, stressed, and sick.

They turn up to work but don't function well, or they don't turn up at all.

This puts pressure on the rest of the team to work harder or longer, then they too may become sad, stressed and sick!

For your business there are serious implications when staff are off sick.

  • Costs of sick pay, overtime, temporary staff, recruitment agency fees, training costs
  • HR time and costs in managing the absent staff
  • Focus on staff sickness rather than growing the business
  • Late or substandard products or services
  • Loss of business, loss of income, loss of reputation.

There is a way to avoid this happening or to get back on track if you are already experiencing these issues in your business.

Take Action Now - Book a meeting to discuss how Cup Of Life can help reduce your staff sickness

Protecting the health and wellbeing of your workforce is critical to the success of your business. It's a bit like looking after a sports team. If any one of the players is feeling unwell or is absent, then the team is less likely to succeed.

No doubt, just like a sports team, you have put things in place to protect your 'players'. You probably have group health insurance, a health and safety in the workplace policy, COSHH policy and training, hazard and risk training, fire training, you may even have occasional staff socials or wellbeing activities, but one thing you probably don't have is a health and wellbeing coach.

Just as a sports coach helps the team members to stay fit, look after their nutrition, reach their peak performance, and avoid injuries, so a health and wellbeing coach looks after the nutrition, health and wellbeing of your workforce, helping them get into tip top condition and stay there.

Without a health and wellbeing coach your 'team players' are simply not going to stay 'match fit'

Maintaining healthy lifestyle habits, especially getting the right nutrition, has been proven to reduce the incidence and severity of many common chronic health conditions, stopping progression, reversing or even curing those diseases.

Coaching is a very successful method of helping people develop healthy lifestyle habits, starting from wherever they are at the beginning of the programme.

The sooner coaching begins, the faster and better the results!
